Included are 10 vellum "specimen pouches" in an inside notebook pocket, specimen stickers to seal the pouches, 10 sheets of fold-up and seal stationery ("Letters from the Field" with perforated edge so they stay put until ready to send), beautiful nature stickers to seal the stationery, and page after page of "Notes and Observations" with drawing space to record sites and lines to record feelings.
