 Vintage Dora Bobby My four (and-a-half) year old, Esther, is going to be thrilled tomorrow morning when I tell her that I named a bobby pin after her heroine. She'll probably ask me to name one Boots, and then Swiper, too, but they probably won't make the cut. This one is perfect for any cut---long, short, in-between. The poppy blue color looks great with any hair shade, too. How can you go wrong with the Dora bobby? She might even inspire some wanderlust. (Get it? The explorer?) Made from vintage West German lucite flowers. Behold the beauty! HINT: When putting this beauty in your hair, don't pry the pin apart by pulling on the decorative piece. Lots of pressure could cause this one to pull off the base of the pin; the ratio of bobby pin base to daisy is small. Pry the metal pins apart from each other and you won't have any problems at all! |
